What are your hours of operation (Business Hours)?

Product Notice – Important Information About Our Hair?

At Chi’s Luxe Braiding Hair, our hair is not made with any chemical compounds. Instead, it is carefully produced using high-temperature heat and pressure to achieve the desired texture, softness, and durability. This process helps us maintain the integrity of our hair while avoiding harsh additives. However, it's important to note that everyone's skin and scalp sensitivity is different. Even though our hair contains no chemicals, individuals may still have unique reactions due to varying skin types and sensitivities.

For this reason, we kindly advise all customers to purchase and use our hair bundles with this understanding. If you have known sensitivities or are prone to skin reactions, we recommend consulting with a trusted hairstylist or doing a small patch test before full installation.

Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding.

Refund Policy?

We do not offer refunds. Therefore, please ensure you visit a professional hair technician or hairstylist who is experienced in installing our products.



Refund Process?

It may take up to 2 business days for the refund to move from "pending" per our system to officially being released back to your financial institution.

After that, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend entirely on your financial institution’s processing time, which typically ranges from 1 to 10 business days.

Order Processing Time?

For orders within the US and international, our standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days. If an item is on backorder, processing takes longer (estimate time of 2 weeks). 

Shipping Timeline?

Estimated delivery times after processing are as follows:

• US: Estimated 2 to 7 business days
• International: Estimated 7 to 28 business days

Note: These are general estimates and may vary due to shipping carrier delays or regional issues.

How to contact us using your order confirmation number?

To help us assist you faster, please include your order confirmation number when contacting us. This helps us locate your order quickly and provide accurate support.

Tracking your order?

Your tracking number is located at the bottom of your order confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours after processing for the tracking link to become active.

Packaging & missing bundles?

To support sustainability, we may place multiple hair bundles into a single silk pouch. Therefore, before reaching out to us regarding any missing items, please make sure to open and check all packaging thoroughly.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Explain the backordered items policy?

This refers to inventory that is currently in transit to us and has already been accounted for in our system. We know the exact number of bundles for each hair type we’ve ordered, and we make that quantity available for customers to purchase with the understanding that it will not ship immediately. Back order items usually takes up to 2 weeks to be back in stock for immediate shipping.

Does Chi's Luxe Braiding Hair provide hair salon service?

No. Please remember Chi’s Luxe Braiding Hair is not a salon. We specialize in the sale of premium braiding hair ONLY.

Salon appointments in regards to purchasing our hair?

While we strive to process and ship orders quickly, we are not responsible for any salon appointments scheduled before your package has arrived. We recommend waiting to book your appointment until your order is delivered to avoid scheduling issues.

Checking your spam email folder?

If you don’t see an email from us in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. To avoid this in the future, mark our emails as "Not Spam" so they appear directly in your inbox.

How many packs of hair do I need?

We recommend using 4 packs for the average head and 5 packs for thick hair.

How long will my installed braids last?

Depending on the maintenance of your braids, your braids can last up to 8 weeks

How do I maintain my braids?

We recommend washing your braids and scalp every 2-3 weeks with shampoo and conditioner. Wearing a silk bonnet or silk scarf to sleep will prolong the lifespan of your braids. Please see our Care Card.

How do I install braids using this hair?

We highly recommend going to an individual or salon who has an understanding of how to install this hair. Due to the silky nature of this hair, each braid will need to be tied at the bottom to prohibit unraveling. Please see our Care Card for more info.

How do I achieve curly ends? Do I use hot water or heat?

No heat or hot water is needed to achieve curly ends. This hair comes curly and will naturally have curly ends that will hold. Please see our Care Card for more info.

Is Chi’s Luxe Braiding Hair human hair or synthetic?

At Chi’s Luxe Braiding Hair, we offer both premium synthetic hair and human hair collections. Our Boho Hair Collection is crafted from 100% human hair for a natural, luxurious feel, while our French Curl Braids and Pony Braids are made from premium synthetic fibers, delivering style, softness, and versatility.

Can the hair be reused?

Yes, this hair can be reused if properly maintained when installed, carefully taken out, and washed. We recommend reuse of hair for up to 2 uses.
